GENERAL INFORMATION:

about us:

we are purdue fort wayne’s black student union (bsu). our organization is here to be an inclusive, cultural, on campus resource that caters to the needs of our fellow african-american students. soon the bsu will be officially changing our name to the black coalition (tbc). bsu believes tbc is a name that reflects our current group mission as well as our professional and education goals.

our mission:

to cultivate the black experience through cultural events, meetings, collaborations, holidays and more

requirements for becoming a member:

  • - 2.0 GPA / Good academic standing

  • - Enrolled in at least 3 credit hours at PFW or IU

  • - Pay semester member dues

  • - Participate and show up when you can
